Perch Base members assembled at the National Cemetery of Arizona on Memorial Day, May 25, 2015, to honor those that have given their lives defending our country. We laid two wreaths, one for the Perch Base USSVI and one for the WW2 Submarine Sailors, followed by a Tolling For The Boats ceremony. Dignitaries included U.S. Senator from Arizona and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Armed Services John McCain, Governor of Arizona Doug Ducey, Arizona Department of Veterans' Services Director Wanda Wright, and former Maricopa County Attorney Rick Romley.

A special thanks to Roger and Mitzi Ellis of "Bugles Across America." They performed a touching performance of Eternal Father (Navy Hymn for Submariners) and Taps during our Tolling For The Boats ceremony.
